Step One:
One Site Training/Coaching Investment consists of two days per visit.

  1. Complete the discovery process to establish a time line to make an immediate impact in improving results.
  2. This is completed via e-mail, fax and phone conversations reviewing reports and current documentation.

Step Two:
We arrive on site with day One consisting of the completion of the discovery.

Day two is the development of an action plan. This is designed around a "top ten" must do improvement steps if and when completed will have an immediate impact on results.
The action plan is incorporated into a time line for each.

Step Three:

  1. Review of what needs to be completed and when.
  2. Determine the raining process in developing a training calendar to accomplish results.
  3. Establish the frequency of future visit ensure we accomplish results weekly and or monthly or every other month etc.

A quick turnaround is based on your desire to see improvement...

Step Four:
Upon the completion of each visit.

  1. "Top Ten" list of must do improvement steps.
  2. A training calendar to accomplish results.
  3. Tracking forms to measure success.

KR&A will work with you to complete our objectives through scheduling weekly and or monthly conference calls to review reports and the improvement steps in your business.

This will provide each Dealer the opportunity to send you're tracking and measuring reports to KR&A to consolidate and post on our Leader Board which you will be given access to.

  2. Develop an agenda for each call.
  3. Following up on the agenda items to ensure implementation.
  4. Leader Board access.
  5. Answer any questions you have in the implementation process of the training you received
